Perdomo grows, ferments, rolls and boxes in-house, which is unusual and gives them tight control over the finished product. Nick Perdomo is openly obsessive about construction — cap application and draw consistency are noticeably good across the range, including the cheaper lines. Several of the anniversary series are finished in bourbon barrels, which contributes the faint sweetness those blends are known for.
