A Nicaraguan grower-turned-manufacturer known for delivering more cigar than the price suggests.

The Oliva family grew tobacco for decades before making their own cigars, and that agricultural background shows in how much of their own leaf goes into the blends. The portfolio is unusually well laid out: Serie G at the value end, Serie V for full-bodied Nicaraguan character, and Serie V Melanio as the polished flagship. Oliva was acquired by Jemtec in 2016; the core blends and the reputation for value have held up since.
